EASGV Membership Meetings

The January general membership meeting will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday, January 15, 2009. Download the flyer for information about this dinner meeting.

Are you sometimes too busy to make your reservation for the monthly membership meeting? If you attend the meetings on a regular basis, you may find it easier to just show up at the meetings and pay at the door. You can download the Standing Reservation Agreement, complete it, sign it, then send it our Sites & Reservation Chairperson. All you will have to remember now is to cancel your reservation if you cannot attend.

The secretary keeps a record of the business portion of our general membership meetings and we publish our minutes for our members.
